Kath joined Glenray in June 2018 and has more than 20 years’ experience in delivering growth and sustainability to businesses. Kath has worked in a number of companies, sectors and government organisations where she has delivered a number of key projects.

Scott Green

Chief Financial Officer

Scott is a registered nurse and worked in Mental Health and acute disability care before joining Glenray. Scott started managing Glenray house and now is the CFO. Scott spends his weekends on the tools renovating a house which has good bones, but sadly lacking in other areas.

Kate Gorrell

People + Culture Manager

Kate joined Glenray in April 2020, and is excited to be working for a local not for profit organisation who provides such critical services to people within the community.

Kate is a Bathurst local, and has over 15 years working in HR roles, across private, not for profit and public sectors. Kate sees her role as a support for the rest of the staff at Glenray, who are helping people with a disability have the opportunity to develop their individual potential.

Mary-Ellen Crimp

Support Services Manager

Mary-Ellen joined Glenray in October 2019, has more than 20 years experience in Community Services. Mary-Ellen started her career working in group homes for adults with Disabilities, progressing through various roles within the sector and in particular Disability, Aged Care, CJP and OOHC.

Mary-Ellen looks forward to being a part of Glenray’s future and working with participants, families, employees and other providers in the ever evolving world of NDIS.
