Glenray Presents Free IDPWD Photography Workshops Promoting Inclusion and Creativity

[Bathurst, 21/09/2023] – Glenray, a leading disability support provider, is excited to announce a series of free photography workshops in celebration of International Day of Persons with Disabilities (IDPWD). These workshops are open to individuals of all abilities and are designed to empower participants with photography skills while fostering a sense of belonging and creativity.

Each workshop, limited to five participants, provides all the equipment to each participant and offers a unique opportunity to explore the art of photography using DSLR cameras. Participants will receive hands-on instruction, learning to capture the world through their own lens. The workshops not only equip individuals with new skills but also provide a platform for self-expression.

As a culmination of their artistic journey, each participant will select one photograph to be professionally printed and showcased at the prestigious Bathurst Regional Art Gallery during their annual Art Fare. This exhibit highlights the rich diversity of talent and perspectives within our community.

Glenray's IDPWD Photography Workshops reflect our commitment to promoting inclusion, breaking down barriers, and celebrating the abilities of all individuals. We invite everyone to join us on this creative journey towards a more inclusive world.

The current workshop series is now full, for details on the exhibition, please visit https://bathurstart.com.au/artist-opportunities/brags-art-fair-2023/.
